JCSA is a membership club that provides appropriate public access with convenient and frequent regular hours

Funding this proposal addresses the two major issues that outdoor firing ranges face: excess noise and errant projectile containment
Sergeant Heff, Pomona Police Range Officer states that these shooting stalls are very effective in reducing noise and controlling errant projectiles
