Give more clarity on what the pods are about in design and make sure you know what your buying and what they delivering is it site built from panels or is it complete drop in place building. I think they were unsure exactly what you were going to install there or build and how it will really work . Address the sound around range an what the decimal noise reduction will be if more than just s few decimals like it was said. Think they want to see more sound numbers or if it really does what you ned to do in sound reductions. Give them more confidence its going to make it quieter and more safe. Really follow the criteria and answer each one with clarity. Number and label slides Hear are some general comments I paste into every ones review Please be sure to Label all slides with numbers and the correct criteria you are answering. Be sure to use full page slides and limit text on slides to only a few bullet points. Please do NOT read text off slides to evaluators. Please follow a script and keep text on slides to a minimum and only use text bullet points or labels on slides for important messages. Your project type only requires answers to certain questions. Please review the scoring criteria in the manual and only answer those required. Do NOT answer staff scored questions. Question 11 Matching Shares, although it is a pre-scored question you can bump up your match to get more points if you have the capacity to match more. If you need to put something in about a question you do not answer, for example such as “Immediacy of threat “ but you don’t answer that question unless you are acquiring land, maybe it can fit under the “need” question. Please keep your introduction short and key in on the location and type of work and scope of this project only. You want them to have a good idea of where and what this project is going to be after they hear it. Leave off history and other non-essential details. You could work them into the answers on the questions worth the most points. Be sure to focus on getting the most points under the criteria as possible. You get no points for your introduction. But they should be waiting to hear more about it and get their answers to questions as you present the answers under each criteria question. You may need to add more slides in your power point presentation to address all of the criteria question in order to get points for each one. Be sure to label all slide with numbers and use full pictures on each slide where possible. Make them big and clear to show message. PROJECT DETAILS COSTS Page Grant Manager Comment Project Description I have or will made edits to the project description to be more precise and have it ready for our contract language should it be funded. Please do not edit this before you talk to me. You may re- write or add to the portion after the last sentence but Prism limits the amount of words that can be used Page Grant Manager Comment Page Grant Manager Comment PROJECT PERMITS ATTACHMENTS SUBMIT APPLICATION Development Cost Estimates Architectural, Administrative, and Engineering maximum(AAE) is 20% of allowable construction project costs. Project funding will be limited to the amount in the application. Cultural resources review for potential adverse impacts is required under EO 05-05 prior to ground-disturbing activities. You may want to include costs for a cultural resources survey, in case one is required.Cultural Resources-Costs: All projects should include costs associated with completing a cultural resources survey, unless the project area has already been investigated. If RCO determines a survey or other oversight is not necessary, those funds can be used for other projects activities. The amount and type of field investigation is scaled to the nature and extent of the proposed ground disturbing activity. The cost of the survey will vary, however, we recommend that a minimum of $10,000 be included. If your project is occurring in or near a known archaeological site, or will affect historic structures, it is recommended that you include an appropriate amount of funds to address these issues. A cultural resources consultant can assist you in developing an appropriate cost estimate. Association for Washington Archaeology maintains a consultant list at https://washingtonarchaeology.org/consultants-list. Cultural resources assessment costs are eligible for reimbursement if included in your grant agreement. RCO will not initiate cultural resources review and consultation until after the projects have been approved for funding, you will then be notified of your specific requirements. Cost Summary make sure you have the right amount of money in this project for what you will be doing in 2 years . Lately the costs of any construction and labor rates have gone way up and you want to have enough money for the future if the pods and installation costs more in the time where you will be doing the work. Page Grant Manager Comment Project Permits Please enter the dates you expect to apply for permits; or enter the date the permit was received, the expiration date, and the permit number.
