Subject: Notice of Complete Application – Commercial Shooting Range Operating Permit
Application No. OTH2019-00016.

This is official notice that the application referenced above, initially received July 8, 2019, has been determined complete in accordance with JCC 8.50, Ordinance No 12-1102-18 as of
May 26, 2021. This determination of completeness does not preclude the County from requiring additional information for purposes of completing adequate review or requiring new information
relative to corrected plans or studies performed at any time. The next steps in the process will include notice of application, agency review, and public comment pursuant to JCC 8.50.230.
Notice of application will be issued within 14 calendar days of receipt of the application (by June 9, 2021). The notice of application will be sent by mail to the applicant and to all
property owners within the distance of the safety fan, but no less than one mile, and will be published in the official County newspaper.
Public comments will be accepted for 30 days from the date of the published notice of application. The applicant must reimburse the County for the actual costs incurred for providing
notice.
