I hope you are doing well. I wanted to update you on the fee status for the JCSA permit application (see attached). JCSA
paid the application fee of $2,162, which covers 23 hours of staff time. The 2021 rate for plan review time beyond the
initial 23 hours is $98/hr. To date, staff have spent 24.25 hours on the project. I’m currently not working on it, as you are
currently working with DCD on SEPA.
