The Department of Community Development is in the process of reviewing your application. The
following information is needed to continue review of your project.
The stormwater calculation worksheet completed for this project indicates more than the 7,000
square feet of land disturbance to fulfill the small project certification (current total 7,200 square
feet). However, it is unclear whether 5,000 square feet of driveway /parking/roads is existing or will be
replaced/added during addition. Please confirm the status of paved surfaces so DCD can make an
accurate assessment on project size.
Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days
of the date of this letter which would be 12/10/2020. Please call 360-379-4450 to speak with the
assigned planner if you have any questions.

Project appropriately considered small project for stormwater certification. Additional
information request send 9/11/20 to inquire about total land disrupting activities; applicant
had recorded the addition of 5,000 sq ft of driveway, which already existed on site.
Resolution to Additional information request on 9/16/20 when applicant confirmed that no
addition, repair, or replacement of the driveway was part of the project.
County GIS shows wetland at southern end of the property, but assuming the most
constraining wetland categorization, this project is outside of largest possible buffer
(225ft) for SFR use.
