Yes. Public Comment None Agenda adopted Moved by Vern, seconded by Marianne and carried all in favor: to adopt the agenda with no changes. Minutes approved Moved by Marianne seconded by Vern, and carried all in favor: to accept meeting minutes from December 1, 2021. PUBLIC COMMENTS OPEN FORUM FOR BOARD MEMBERS Getting to know each other a little better time, tell us about yourself: a. Vern b. John NEW BUSINESS Press Release Program Marianne will make an effort to work on this with some assistance by Chelsea and Matt. Thank You Note Program Marianne worked on an initial thank you note to all of the parks volunteers and is interested in continuing this program with the recreation volunteers and others. Summary of planning policy proposals that arose during the CIP sub-committee meeting a. Analyze big picture, long term campground policy/strategy b. Review status of trail construction/development at Gibbs Lake Park c. Treat existing playgrounds as a system; consider replacement/modification as a system. d. Focusing on non-motorized trails in our system: existing and potential; multiple purpose; specific purpose Technical difficulties with video conferencing caused this meeting to be cut off suddenly at this point. The remaining business from this meeting will be added to the April 6, 2022 meeting.
