SPECIAL MEETING
Conservation Futures Site Visits 2022
Tuesday, March 29th, 2022 1 pm – 4pm
Site visits will be videotaped.
We’ll visit two projects comprising three different locations (see map).
Please dress for mud, rain and cold. Bring along water, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, umbrella etc.
Snacks will be provided.

As desired, form Port Townsend carpools at Haines Place Park & Ride at 440
12th St., Port Townsend. Outside PT, let me know if you’d like to carpool.
1 pm: ARRIVE RUCK PROPERTY (#1 on Map)
922 W Uncas Road. Continue up the driveway and park near the barn. This is
the neighbor's property, and we will walk about 10 minutes to the subject
property along an access easement.
2:00 pm: DEPART RUCK PROPERTY for “QUIMPER TRUST LAND TRANSFER”, which includes two sites.
2:30 pm: ARRIVE QUIMPER WEST (#2 on Maps)
From 922 W. Uncas Road: Go north on Uncas. Turn right on Hwy 101. Turn left
on Hwy 20 and travel north. Turn left on South Jacob Miller Road. Cross Hastings
Ave. intersection. Go straight approximately ¾ mile (road becomes N. Jacob
Miller) to the driveway entrance on the left. Park near location marked by
yellow circle, below.

3:15 pm: DEPART QUIMPER WEST
3:30 pm: ARRIVE QUIMPER EAST (#3 on Map)
From Quimper West, drive south on N Jacob Miller, turn left onto Hastings Ave
and then turn left onto Cook Avenue. Travel approximately .6 miles, turn left
onto Elmira St. and travel to end of the road. The property is on the left side of
the road.
4 pm: DEPART QUIMPER EAST
Return home or to Park & Ride.
