New line around the perimeter of the infield to keep water from being sprayed on the infield and
irrigate the area better.
In the heat of summer this field requires about 1,000,000 gallons of water a month, around $8,000.
These repairs will reduce the water and increase the quality of the field.
Faulty valves repaired
New timer/controller, once we get Internet/WiFi we will add a rain gauge and weather station so staff
can get up to the minute info and adjust the irrigation from on an app on their phones, saving time and
water.
This excellent company is doing the irrigation renovation for $17,417
The back of this machine installs irrigation pipe without digging. They didn’t use the trencher in the front
of it.
The most important part of the project was digging up 92 irrigation heads, raising them to the right
height, putting new nozzles in them to save water, and installing these adjustable joints which enable
them to be adjusted to the right height easily in the future.
HJ Carroll Restroom, office, and concession stand building with roof repairs.
Rather than replace the whole roof we had these sky lights replaced, and the entire roof refastened, we
will get 20 more years for ¼ cost of a new roof. This project was $7,100
