Special Meeting — March 17, 2022, 11:00 a.m.
Jefferson County Courthouse—Commissioners' Chambers
1820 Jefferson Street, Port Townsend, WA
CALL TO ORDER: Chair Heidi Eisenhour, Commissioner Kate Dean and
Commissioner Greg Brotherton participated in the meeting remotely. Chair Eisenhour called the
meeting to order at the appointed time.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: An Executive Session was scheduled from 11:00 a.m. to
12:00 p.m. Chair Eisenhour announced that the Executive Session will be held from 11:01 a.m. to
12:01 p.m. to Evaluate the Qualifications of Applicants for Public Employment; Exemption as Outlined
in the Open Public Meetings Act, RCW 42.30.110(1)(g). Staff present: Human Resources Director. The
Board concluded the Executive Session and resumed the regular meeting at 12:01 p.m.
NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT: Chair Eisenhour adjourned the meeting at 12:02 p.m.
until the next regular meeting or special meeting as properly noticed.
