Critical Areas
1. LANDSLIDE HAZARD: GIS shows adjacent parcels to west have slight landslide
hazard. GIS parcel tags show a Geotechnical Report by EnviroSound Consulting dated
2017 recommended a 30 foot buffer and 5 foot setback from the top of bank above the
stream.
2. STREAM: GIS shows non fish-bearing stream on property. GIS parcel tags show a
Stream Type and Location Verification Letter by C3 Habitat Corp dated 2017, which
required a 50 foot buffer from the ordinary high water mark.
