Chairman Daryl Gillette called the meetingto order at 10:02 a.m. in the presence of Member Pete Raab.

Vice-Chairman Margaret Taylor was absent.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Member Raab moved to approve the meeting minutes of March 9 and 16, 2022. Chairman Gillette
seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
DETERMINATIONS
Per WAC 458-14-095(4)post hearing deliberations of the Board of Equalization are not recorded. The
Board began post hearing deliberations at 10:03 a.m. At the conclusion of the deliberations the Board
resumed the regular meeting at 10:05 a.m. and the following actions were taken.

The Board of Equalization held a hearing on March 16, 2022.
After reviewing all the information submitted, the Board concurred that the appellant did not present clear,
cogent, and convincing evidence necessary to overcome the presumptive correctness of the Assessor.
Member Raab moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of$352,036 ($86,448 for the land and $265,588
for the improvement). Chairman Gillette seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. (See

which carried by a unanimous vote.
