Chairman Daryl Gillette called the meeting to order at 10:08 a.m. in the presence of Vice-Chairman
Margaret Taylor and Member Pete Raab.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Member Raab moved to approve the meeting minutes for March 30, 2022 but requested time to edit.
Chairman Gillette seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
