Good Afternoon‐ Prior to final of the Mark Built Without Permit Application (BLD2020‐
00537), the applicant must satisfy the following permit condition: "The applicant shall
plant native trees in bare areas along the top of the slope to sustain stability of the on‐
site unstable slope area". Please submit pictures of the native tree plantings in the
requested areas to Jefferson County DCD. If you have any questions regarding your
permit conditions, please let me know and I would be happy to clarify them. Thank you!

EFFECTIVE TUESDAY 7/1/2021 DCD WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. M‐Th 9:00‐
12:00 1:00‐4:30
DCD will maintain limited customer interaction and recommends scheduling an
appointment to meet with staff. DCD will no longer be accepting building
applications by drop off or mail, you must schedule an appointment with front
staff to submit. Jefferson County is following state guidelines, masks are
recommended but not required.
