Hello Donna — I spoke with the new Ecology person on this project, Teressa Pucylowski, about having a zoom/telephone conference, and also to try to clarify a couple of things. 1) She is available pretty much anytime between now and 4/14 and thinks a conference would be a good idea. 2) She understands that Ecology is waiting for a "threshold" SEPA determination of either non -significance or significance before issuing their 401 certification. She assumed that had come or will come from the County. Its been a while since I went through all of the correspondence in this file, but I don't recall such a determination being made. Am I failing to recall properly? Will such a determination be made by the County, and if so at what stage in the Shorelines Permit process? Can you give me some times for a zoom/telephone conference? I am of course happy to have Phil participate if he wishes. Ken r KETTER \SHEPPARD Kenneth A.
