CALL TO ORDER: Jefferson County Commissioner/Rotating Chair Greg Brotherton called the
Regular Meeting to order after confirming there was a quorum. Also present at the meeting was
Facilitator Lizanne Coker.
REVIEW and APPROVAL of MINUTES: This item was tabled for a future meeting.
REPORT re: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) TEAM: Facilitator Coker gave a
presentation on the RFP process. Discussion on what to do with surplus funds followed.
DISCUSSION re: OlyCAP 7th & Hendricks St. Apartment: The task force discussed possible
funding through SB1590 funds
BRIEFING re: PROGRAM UPDATES FROM PROVIDERS: The following providers
provided updates: Peninsula Housing Authority, Habitat for Humanity, Bayside Housing, Winter
Welcoming Center, OlyCAP and Homeward Bound.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT of WRITTEN PUBLIC COMMENTS: There were no comments.
FUTURE MEETINGS and AGENDA ITEMS: Upcoming topics to discuss: Homeless needs,
Community Land Trust and potential funding from retirement funds, and buildable County
property.
ADJOURNMENT: Rotating Chair Brotherton adjourned the meeting at 3:55 p.m.
