Hi there;
It is 2230 Hours Pacific. I have just learned that down in California, in what is arguably
BART's second finest hour - the first being their response to the 1989 earthquake - BART
has decided to work towards imposing their own mandate.
I wonder what Dr. Allison Berry, MD believes about transit boards setting up their own mask
mandate. Is this medically necessary and viable? I can't ask my good pal and kinda a big
brother to autistic me who's a Transit CEO to start asking around about seeking the legal
authority if the best Public Health Officer in the game isn't up to asking HER Olympic
Peninsula transits to do the same.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this crisis in the commons of Trumpism versus
Public Health. Especially as I am someone who thinks pro-life is pro-public health and pro-
bodily autonomy and anti-addiction. NOT anti-public health and anti-medicine and
appeasement like Trumpers.
Very thoughtfully;

Greetings Jefferson County Board of Health!
Joe Kunzler here.
Honor and duty to report that Dr. Allison Berry, MD made Simple Flying
today: https://simpleflying.com/how-have-airlines-responded-to-mask-mandate/
Look under, Public health officials are concerned about reducing "layers of
protection" as able.
Even though the gut punch is still real today, I hope by sharing Dr. Berry MD's wisdom in
my aviation community will save just one life.
Thoughtfully;
