The following information is needed to continue review of your project. 1. SURVEY TITLE: Pursuant to JCC 18.35.060, the survey is required to be in compliance with the Survey Recording Act, Chapter 58.09 RCW and Chapter 332-130 WAC. The Jefferson County Department of Community Development (“DCD”) is therefore requesting that the applicant revise the submitted survey to add a “Title” to the top of each survey page (pages 1 -2). The “Title” should be similar to the following statement: “Bandy Boundary Line Adjustment”. Please also add the Boundary Line Adjustment Permit Application numbers to the top right-hand corner of the submitted survey (MLA2022-00013/SUB2022-00005). 2. AREA & DIMENSIONS: Pursuant to JCC 18.35.070(3)(i), the area and dimensions of each lot/parcel prior to and following the proposed adjustment shall be shown on the survey. Jefferson County DCD is therefore requesting that the applicant revise the survey to show the area and dimensions of each lot prior to and following the proposed adjustment. Please see the attached survey (MLA2021-00036) for an example. 3.RESERVE AREA: Pursuant to JCC 18.35.070(3)(j), the existing on-site sewage system components and reserve areas shall be shown on the survey. Jefferson County DCD is therefore requesting that the applicant revise the survey to show the existing septic system reserve area. 4. WELL: Are the subject properties currently being served by a well? Is yes, please revise the survey to show the well and well radius (JCC 18.35.070(3)(k)). Please contact the Jefferson County Department of Environmental Health (Emma Erickson, EErickson@co.jefferson.wa.us) for questions regarding the well and well radius. 5.TITLE REPORT: Pursuant to JCC 18.35.070(7), the application shall be accompanied by a current (i.e., within 30 days) Title Company Certification. Jefferson County DCD is therefore requesting that the applicant submit a Title Company Certification (or otherwise know as a “Title Report”) to the assigned planner (Ms. Hunt). Please see JCC 18.35.070(7) for more details regarding the Title Company Certification requirements. Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days of the date of this letter which would be 7/17/2022.
