BID TO SUPPLY AND INSTALL

PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE SHOP

WHEREAS, Jefferson County invited bidders in accordance with
Ordinance #05-0601-92 "SMALL WORKS ROSTER BIDDING PROCEDURE", for the
above mentioned project, and;
WHEREAS, two bids were received in the office of the Department of
Public Works, as shown in the attached bid tabulation, and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the people of Jefferson County to
accept the low bid which is complete and responsive, now therefore;
IT IS HEREBY RESOL VED, that the best and most responsive bid
was submitted by Angeles Communications, Inc., for a total bid amount of $9,366.64
and that this bid be accepted and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the specifications and contract
documents in their entirety as included in the bid package, are part of this bid
acceptance,
