RESOLUTION NO. 56-98
WHEREAS, Jefferson County invited bidders in accordance with
Ordinance # 05-0601-92 "SMALL WORKS ROSTER BIDDING PROCEDURE", for the
above mentioned project, and;
WHEREAS, one bid was received and opened on June 9, 1998 at 3:00
p.m. in the office of Public Works, and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the people of Jefferson County to
accept the bid which is complete and responsive, now therefore;
IT IS HEREBY RESOL VED, that the best and most responsive bid
was submitted by Townsend Builders, Inc. for a total bid amount of $30,560.52, and that
this bid be accepted and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the specifications and contract
documents in their entirety as included in the bid package are part of this bid
acceptance.
