RESOLUTION NO, 58-98
WHEREAS, Jefferson County invited bidders in accordance with
Ordinance #05-0601-92 "SMALL WORKS ROSTER BIDDING PROCEDURE", for the
above mentioned project, and;
WHEREAS, one bid was received in the office of the Department of
Public Works, as shown in the attached bid tabulation, and;
WHEREA.5, it is in the best interest of the people of Jefferson County to
accept this bid which is complete and responsive, now therefore;
IT IS HEREBY RESOL VED, that the bid submitted by Hanson of Port
Townsend, Inc., for a total bid amount of $9,351.00, is responsive and that this bid be
accepted and
IT IS FURTHER RESOL VED, that the specifications and contract
documents in their entirety as included in the bid package, are part of this bid
acceptance,
