RESOLUTION NO. 59-98
WHEREAS, certain computers, copiers, printers and laptop computers, belonging to
Jefferson County have been identified by the Information Services Department as no longer required for
Colmty purposes because they are outdated, broken or otherwise unusable; and
WHEREAS, notice of intention to sell this surplus County property is not required per
RCW 36.34.020 because the total value ofthe items is less than two thousand five hundred dollars
($2,500);and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, by the Jefferson County Board of
Commissioners, that the computers, copiers, printers and laptop computers listed on the attached
inventory are hereby declared surplus and disposal of such items is authorized and approved.
