Home My WebLink About062 98 ~(! ;~D'l~~t¡g , ~ STATE OF WASHINGTON COUNTY OF JEFFERSON In the Matter of: x Naming Of a Private Road x Woodland Way, x Woodland Lane or x Woodland Court x Resolution No. 62-98 WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has received a petition to name a private road Woodland Way, Woodland Lane or Woodland Court as shown on attached Exhibit "A", pursuant to Jefferson County 911 Ordinance Number 2-0401- 91 and; WHEREAS, the petitioner wishes to establish this road name to assign further addresses, avoid confusion in addressing and duplication of similar road names and; WHEREAS, research has shown that there are currently four individuals addressed along the road that will be affected by the road name change and; WHEREAS, a letter of intent requesting comments was mailed to the addressees and interested parties on July 10, 1998 as shown on attached Exhibit "B" and; WHEREAS, The Department has not received any adverse comments regarding the proposed road name and; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road shall be named Woodland Way, ADOPTED THlsdroA Y OF 7 ' 1998.
