WHEREAS, Jefferson County invited bidders in accordance with Ordinance
#05-0601-92 "SMALL WORKS ROSTER BIDDING PROCEDURE" for the above mentioned
project, and;
WHEREAS, THREE bids were received in the office of the Department of
Public Warks, as shown in the attached bid tabulation, and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the people of Jefferson County to accept
the low bid which is complete and responsive, now therefore;
IT IS HEREB Y RESOL VED, that the best and most responsive bid was
submitted by Kuhn Construction, Inc., for a total bid amount of $29,576, inclusive of the additive
alternate, and that this bid be accepted and
IT IS FURTHER RESOL VED, that the specifications and contract
documents in their entirety as included in the bid package, are part ofthis bid acceptance.
