In The Matter of :
Establishing the Jefferson County Housing
Needs Assessment Advisory Committee
and Appointing Members

Resolution No. 92,;98
WHEREAS, Jefferson County approved the submission of an application to the Washington State
Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development by Resolution for funding assistance;
WHEREAS, Jefferson County came into agreement between the Washington State Department of
Community Trade, and Economic Development and Clallam County on June 22. 1998;
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a Housing Needs Assessment Advisory Committee be established for
Jefferson County as part of the application requirements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following persons shall be appointed to serve as the
Jefferson County Housing Needs Assessment Advisory Committee:

Mark Gordon, Chaim1an, Jefferson County Housing Authority
2.
Teresa Goldsmith, Associate Broker, John L. Scott Real Estate
4.
John Downey, Property Manager
Lany Wilson, Jefferson County Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence

Blake LiebennaIlIl, Jefferson County Planning Department

101m Murock, Washington Mutual of Port Townsend
7.
Martin Rowe, Steering Committee member and Housing Director for ClallamJJefferson Community
Action Council

Pamela Tietz, Steering Committee member and Executive Director of the Clallam County Housing
Authority
10.
Kendra Waggoner, Steering Committee member and Community Development Officer at First Federal
Savings and Loan
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that this Advisory CollnnÎttee will serve for the duration of the study.
