IN THE MATTER OF ACCEPTING } RESOLUTION NO. 11-18
BID TO REPAIR THE SEPTIC SYSTEM }
AT THE TRI -AREA COMMUNITY CENTER }
PROJECT NO. SS 1373 }
WHEREAS, Jefferson County invited bidders in accordance with Ordinance
#05-0601-92 "SMALL WORKS ROSTER BIDDING PROCEDURE" for the above mentioned
project, and;
WHEREAS, TWO bids were received in the office of the Department of Public
Works, as shown in the attached bid tabulation, and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the people of Jefferson County to accept
the low bid which is complete and responsive, now therefore;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the best and most responsive bid was
submitted by Primo Construction, Inc., for a total bid amount of $66,178.15, and that this bid be
accepted and;
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the specifications and contract
documents in their entirety as included in the bid package, are part of this bid acceptance.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 23`d day of November 1998.
