Providing a Loan to the ER&R RESOLUTION NO. 111-98
Fund From the Road Fund for
Funding Supply, Transport, and
Stockpiling of Aggregate Materials
WHEREAS, the ER&R Fund will reimburse the County Road Fund for costs related to
the purchase, supply, transport and stockpiling of aggregate materials at various pit locations in
eastern and western Jefferson County, and
WHEREAS, the Road Fund will pay for these costs and bill the ER&R Fund for
reimbursement;
IT IS HEREBY FOUND AND DECLARED that the public health, safety and welfare requires
the Board of County Commissioners to proceed in manner and form herein determined, and the sum of
$500,000.00 be loaned to the ER&R Fund from the Road Fund. The loan will be repaid over five years,
repayment shall be made at the amount of $100,000.00 per year beginning the 31ST of December, 1999
or at a date such revenue is generated for these purposes by the sale of materials by the ER&R Fund.
