WHEREAS, extreme weather conditions caused damage on Ricky Beach Road, County Road
No. 504809, and
WHEREAS, as a potential hazard exists to the motoring public and the construction workers,
and
WHEREAS, Chapter 47.48 RC.W. authorized closure of roads,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that said Ricky Beach Road from milepost 0,00 to milepost 0.25
be closed to all traffic, commencing after January 21, 1997, and terminating at such date that it is
determined to be safe for traffic.
ADOPTED THIS 21st DAY OF JANUARY, 1997.
