IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Old Gardiner Road, County Road No. 501409, from
M.P. 3.50 to M.P. 3.60, in the area of M.P. 3.55, declared an emergency, Resolution 122-96,
dated December 30, 1996, and includes waiver of bid procedures as per RCW 36.40.180, be
repaired as follows:
Emergency restoration/mitigation of damages to roadway and stream channel. Provides
for plans, specifications, and estimates, right of way, and reconstruction.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road
fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for
the purpose shown:
