************************************************************************************
Due to the fact that I have two new persons in the office, one new full time position and a
new person filling the other half of Tracie Craig's position, I am now in need of a petty
cash increase. The new people should have and be accountable for their own cash
drawers. This will avoid any confusion if there is ever a discrepancy in cash received.
One of the new hires is already receipting as she has been a volunteer here for the last 6
weeks. Soon, the other new hire will be able to receipt. As of now, the new people will
be able to accept payments for the exact amount only. If a transaction should require cash
back, the new people would have to pass the transaction to another clerk IF one is
available. It would therefore, be sincerely appreciated if you could give this your
immediate attention.
