IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Paradise Bay Rd., County Road No. 503608, at M.P.
0.35, Declared an emergency, Resolution 122-96, Dated December 30, 1996, and includes
waiver of bid procedures as per RCW 36.40.180, be repaired as follows:
Emergency restoration/mitigation of damages to roadway shoulder/embankment.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road
fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for
the purpose shown:
