IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Thorndyke Rd., County Road No. 418708, at M.P.
2.50 and M.P. 6.00, Declared an emergency, Resolution 122-96, Dated December 30, 1996, and
includes waiver of bid procedures as per RCW 36.40.180, be repaired as follows:
Emergency restoration/mitigation of damages to roadway.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road
fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for
the purpose shown:
