TO SELL SURPLUS
COUNTY PROPERTY

RESOLUTION NO.62-97
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County Commissioners of Jefferson County to
dispose of surplus property; and
WHEREAS, several Departments within the County's jurisdiction have indicated
a need to dispose of those items on the list of surplus equipment attached to this Resolution, for
sale at a public auction to be held on June 28, 1997; and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.34.020 requires that this intention should be published with
a Notice of Public Hearing regarding the disposal of any County property.
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, by the Commissioners of Jefferson
County that a Notice of Hearing shall be published as required by RCW 36.34.020 particularly
describing the property proposed to be sold and designating the place where, the day and hour,
when the hearing will be held for such consideration.
