RESOLUTION NO. 66-97
WHEREAS, JeffersenCounty inviĊd bidders in accordance with
Ordinance # 05-0601-92 "SMALL WORKS ROSTER BIDDING PROCEDURE", for the
above mentioned project, and;
WHEREAS, three bids were received and opened on May 22,1997 at 12
p.m. in the office of Public Works, as shown in the attached bid tabulation sheet, and;
WHEREAS, it is in "the best interest of the people of Jefferson County to
accSf't the low bid which is complete and responsive, now therefore;
IT IS HEREBY RESOL VED, that the best and most responsive bid
was submitted by Queen City Sheet Metal and Roofing, Inc. for a total bid amount of
$8,024.52, and that this bid be accepted and
IT IS FURTHER RESOL VED, that the specifications and contract
documents in their entirety as included in the bid package are part of this bid
aoceptance. ,...[
