RESOLUTION NO. 74-97
WHEREAS, Jefferson County Board of Commissioners on May 28, 1997 called for
bids for the above mentioned project, and;
WHEREAS, due to notice of the call for bids was given as required by law, and;
WHEREAS, three bids were received and opened during public session on June 9,
1997 at 2:30 PM, as shown in the attached bid tabulation, and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the people of Jefferson County to accept the
most responsive of the three acceptable bids, now therefore;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the best and most responsive bid was submitted
by Jones Painting, Inc. of Tacoma, Washington, for a total bid amount of $16,105 and that
this bid be accepted and;
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the specifications and contract documents in
their entirely as included in the bid package, are part of this bid acceptance.
