10:58:55 I think it's overdue and i'm gonna speak really briefly, I know where we're
gonna love our lead start, so I won't take much time, but I want to talk a little
bit about will in addition to

of the housing steps meeting meetings.
10:59:11 And there is a what is a planning commission? The question that I wrestle
with a lot. And when I came on the fisher 3 and a half years ago, I was a big
advocate for for task orders for some of our critical area ordinance from the s and

10:59:29 think great getting any some subject matter expertise in the specific
regulatory reform questions.
10:59:35 But I think I was part of a marginalization of the planning conditions that
happened as well.
10:59:42 And I and I got to break that. I think I want to follow the lead of our new
director and really superpowers to the planning commission.
10:59:53 And Sydney had referenced the ability to add things to the docket, and I
think that is a powerful plan.
11:00:00 We have a lot of capacity issue, of course. so whether those things get
enacted is, you know, convent question, and I guess I have another superpower.
11:00:12 But if I take past the years that i've been working with this planning
commission, the the biggest single impact that I remember is when Cynthia and Laura
came finally talking about outdoor shooting ranges and you

11:00:39 The decision to an actor that has giving that idea, and we followed it, and

this new uga come to fruition, and we don't end up so far an area where we just

to the efforts of the count.

year, I hope that the the work and we give a lot of things that are the same between
