The stormwater for the buildings and driveway have been connected to a tightline pipe that transmits the stormwater to a discharge point at the base of the steep shoreline bluff. The connections and tightline pipe have all been installed consistent with our recommendations. Post construction soil has been managed consistent with our recommendations and the consistent with BMP T5.13 of the Ecology Storm Water Manual and soil quality plans from Option 1 and Option 3 from the SoilforSalmon.com Guideline document. Plantings of native plants into deep amended soils was present in all landscaped areas and undisturbed areas including the buffer area along the top edge of the bluff were left in tact with a thick growth of salal and other brush. Stratum Group appreciates the opportunity to be of service to you. Should you have any questions please contact our office at (360) 714-9409. Sincerely yours, Stratum Group Dan McShane, L.E.G., M.Sc.
