Hello,
Thank you for starting the process for my requested permit with Case # 2022-00010 and tax
parcel id 980 100 304
I looked online and wanted to circle back with some information that I hope is helpful.
I noticed in the Laserfiche Weblink for my Case #2022-00010 -- there is a letter sent to DRD
as part of the communication tab 10.
In this letter it asks the DRD: "2. Does your department need a revised site plan showing the
septic system? There appears to be a public connection to the sewer, but confirmation of that
connection has not been made."
I wanted to write and let you know that I did draw the septic system on the site plan and also
attached a sketch from Shold Excavating as they drew it too.
I believe all of this is already on file (and in my application) with the county records; along
with my current and complete O&M.
There is no connection to a public sewer as I don't believe this option exists.
I am writing in hopes this is helpful and relieves any confusion. I apologize if I caused any
confusion.
Thank you, and please let me know if you have any questions?

Good morning Helena,
Thank you for your letter and helping me understand the parking requirement code.
I appreciate your help and work with this.
I have updated and attached the site plan showing and labeling the required 3 parking spots.
Additionally, as requested, I do confirm that these 3 parking spots are already existing, and I
do not plan to add any surfaces to create parking spots.
I noticed on my "Checklist for Transient Rental Fire/Life/Safety" that I needed to update that
to say 3 parking spots too. I did that and attached it here to this email as well.
I am not sure if the checklist is for me to use & submit, but in the case it is needed I have done
it and attached it here.

(email 4 of 4 so all photos can be attached)
Good evening Brandon,
Thank you for coming by today to do the inspection for my hospitality permit / short term
rental for ZON2022-00010.
As discussed, my one open item needed for permitting was the hand-railing on the stairs in
front of the house.
Per your request, I have purchased and installed all the hand-railing today. I also left the space
you instructed to avoid snagging at the beginning of stairs.
Attached are photos to show the installed handrails.
You mentioned that photos would suffice to close this last remaining gap for sign off.
Please see photos attached -- I tried to take a "looking down" and then "looking up" photo of
each section of hand-railing, and labeled the photos as such..
Thank you again for helping me through this process.
Please let me know if this all comes through okay as I know it is a large email(s) with all
the photos.
Sincerely,
Eric S. Lentz
