Meeting was called to order by Judy Shepherd at 8:34am
Motion to approve the March 30, 2022 Minutes by Ruth Gordon, 2nd by Greg Brotherton, motion carries unanimously.
Expense Reports were presented by Rose Ann Carroll. Note that Munis is calculating expenses at 25% YTD than 33%
due to new software reporting. This will cause a snapshot in time which will not be an “apples to apples” comparison for
year-to-year comparison. The Committee agreed to accept this inconsistency as we switch to Munis.

1st Quarter Appropriations Update by Judy Shepherd. Appropriations were approved on Monday, April 25, 2022.
59% of GF increases were due to wage and salary increases; 51% of other fund increases. SAO Audit Update. Mark McCauley presented the powerpoint he gave in the BOCC meeting on Monday, April 25, 2022.
Motion to Adjourn at 9:53 by Heidi Eisenhour and 2nd by Ruth Gordon. Motion passed unanimously.
The next meeting is May 25, 2022.
