Chairman Daryl Gillette called the meeting to order at 10:36 a.m. in the presence of Vice-Chairman Margaret
Taylor and Member Pete Raab.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Chairman Gillette moved to approve the meeting minutes for April 27, 2022. Member Raab seconded the
motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
