Tank material (concrete) shall be taken to an appropriate landfill facility for disposal (receipts required). -Existing drainfields are to be excavated as necessary for installation, otherwise abandoned in place. *Contaminated materials encountered during installation shall be removed and placed as shown on the design to allow for pathogen die-off. The material shall be placed in lifts of no more than 6"-8", each lift covered with lime.
