Dear Shannen,
In addition to the two items sent over by Tori this morning these are the last items we hope to be
addressed before the 1pm submittal. I will be giving you a call shortly to confirm. Thank you so much
for your help throughout this process and for meeting yesterday. I am eternally grateful for the
opportunity to work together on this permit.
Items
1. Page 20. Under the “staff comment”, in the last line, it appears that after “3”, should “ADA”
or “handicapped” be added?
2. Page 27, after “without a significant instensification of use”, could we mention “as proposed
for the mobile home.”?
3. Page 35 section v(e) instead of “Wedding Venue”, could we say as a an Inn and a location for
occasional special events
4. Page 39 condition 16(a) can we replace “no amplification” with “compliance with the noise
code”?
Best Regards,

Hi Shannen, I have two comments that we intended to address with you yesterday:
1. For the administrative 25% buffer reduction of the wetland (from 300 ft to 225 ft) itdoes not state your recommendation. Should this be listed in the “Recommendation”section at the end of Page 2?
2. Appendix E requests to move the staircase at the lodge from the south side of the lodgeto the west side. The new stair location falls outside of the 150 ft shoreline buffer but iswithin the 225 ft reduced wetland buffer.
a. The current location conflicts with the grading at the south side of the lodgewhere we are proposing to locate the new ADA bathroom. Moving the stair to thewest side of the lodge allows us to regrade this area to better provide anaccessible entrance to the new bathroom
