RESOLUTION NO. 79-97
WHEREAS, Jefferson County. invited bidders in accordance with Ordinance #05-
0601-92 "SMALL WORKS ROSTER BIDDING PROCEDURE", for the above mentioned
project, and;
WHEREAS, one bid was received and opened on July 1, 1997 at 2:15 p.m. in the
office of Public Works, as shown in the attached bid tabulation sheet, with other contractors
declining to bid, and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the people of Jefferson County to accept a
bid which is complete, responsive and within acceptable range of the facilities estimate,
now therefore;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the bid submitted by Sandpiper Roofing for a
total bid amount of $15,118.95 meets these criteria, and that this bid be accepted and;
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the specifications and contract documents in
their entirely as included in the bid package, are part of this bid acceptance.
