CARROLL PARK, PHASE ONE COUNTY PROJECT, HJ0594 } } } } RESOLUTION NO. 94-97 WHEREAS, Jefferson County Board of Commissioners on July 14, 1997 called for bids for the above mentioned project, and; WHEREAS, due notice of the call for bids was given as required by law, and; WHEREAS, THREE bids were received and opened during public session on August 4, 1997 at 2:45 p.m., as shown in the attached bid tabulation, and; WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the people of Jefferson County to select the most responsive of the THREE acceptable bids, now therefore, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the best and most responsive bid was submitted by SETON CONSTRUCTION, INc., for a total base bid amount of $308,517.39 and that this bid be accepted and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the specifications and contract documents in their entirety as included in the bid package, are part of this bid acceptance, APPROVED AND ADOPTED thi s LAy of ¡f.-~ SEAL: . ..""" . ~ '. ,.,.,: . ~ 'i v.... -', , " , it. ,,--;.\,,'Jo',\ .'
