RESOLUTION NO. 97"C-97
WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners have indicated their
intent to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the Long-Range Planning Division; and,
WHEREAS, it is desirable to have an organization that has adequate resource
capacity and professional capabilities to facilitate the management of issues, including
completion of the Comprehensive Plan and Regulatory documents, codes and ordinances,
organizational strategies, and strategic planning and to have a process that recognizes
achievement of goals and objectives; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners have reviewed the current organization
and reporting structure of the Long-Range Planning Division of the Department of Community
Development and determined that the organization and reporting structure be defined as outlined
in Schedule A; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Jefferson County, that the organization structure of the Long-Range Planning
Division be as outlined in Schedule A - -
