RESOLUTION NO.l04-97
WHEREAS, Jefferson County Board of Commissioners on September 2,
1997 called for bids for the above mentioned project, and;
WHEREAS, due notice of the call for bids was given as required by law,
and;
WHEREAS, Two (2) bids were received and opened during public
session on September 15, 1997 at 2:25PM, as shown in the attached bid tabulation,
and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the people of Jefferson County to
accept the most responsive of the TWO (2) acceptable bids, now therefore;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the best and most responsive bid
was submitted by General Construction Company of Seattle, Washington, for a total bid
amount of $ 52,131.89 and that this bid be accepted and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the specifications and contract
documents in their entirety as included in the bid package, are part of this bid
acceptance.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED thisj1 day of Stipt-1997.
