RESOLUTION NO. 1-96
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Kelly Road , County Road
Nos. 226509 , from M.PQ.0 to M.pp.i~ be improved as
follows: Repair storm damage to Kelly Road and fix dike on
Duckabush River to protect Kelly Road from further damage.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the
officially adopted road fund budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purpose shown:

The construction is to be accomplished by contract in accordance
with R.C.W. 36.77.020 et. seq.
X The construction is to be accomplished by County forces in
accordance with R.C.W. 36.77.060 and W.A.C. 136.18.
