& Interested Parties Signature)
on Final Subdivision Mylars )
WHEREAS, Jefferson County requires a plat certificate from a
title company to accompany the final subdivision mylar, and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County requires the vested owners listed
on the plat certificate to sign the mylar in fee simple of the land
being subdivided or in conjunction with a Binding Site Plan, and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County Subdivision Ordinance No. 04-0526-
92 Appendix B and C requires persons having an interest in the
property sign the mylar with the vested owners, and
WHEREAS, RCW 58.17.170 requires the legislative body of the
county to inscribe and execute its written approval on the face of
the plat, and
WHEREAS, RCW 58.17.170 has no requirement for signature of the
mylar by all parties of interest, and
NOW T~RREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, hereafter all final subdivision
mylars will incorporate "all parties of interest" including Deeds
of Trust, to sign in fee simple on the final mylar, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be filed
with the County Auditor and become an administrative policy to the
Jefferson County Subdivision Ordinance No. 04-0526-92.
