IN THE MATTER OF
ACCEPTING BID FOR SUPPLYING MATERIAL FOR
UPPER HOH ROAD PARK BOUNDARY WASHOUT
PROJECT, XO1244

}RESOLUTION NO. 25-96
}
}
WHEREAS, Jefferson County Board of Commissioners on February 26, 1996 called for
bids for the above mentioned project, and;
WHEREAS, due notice of the call for bids was given as required by law, and;
WHEREAS, two bids were received and opened during public session on
March 7, 1996 at 3:30 p.m., as shown in the attached bid tabulation, and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the people of Jefferson County to select the most
responsive of the two acceptable bids, now therefore,
IT IS HEREBYRESOLVED, that the best and most responsive bid was submitted by Seton
Construction, Inc., for a total bid amount of $207,340.00 and that this bid be accepted and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the specifications and contract documents in their
emirety as included in the bid package, are part of this bid acceptance.
