RESOLUTION NO.
28-96
WHEREAS, an emergency exists due to flooding caused by unusual weather conditions
beginning November 7, 1995, as stated in Resolution Number 104-95, and;
WHEREAS, a hazard exists to the public on the Upper Hoh Road, County Road Number
914207, due to washouts caused by flooding and erosion, as stated in Resolution Number 106-95
and;
WHEREAS, restoration work on the Upper Hoh Road will commence to repair the flood
damaged road and;
WHEREAS, Chapter 47.48 R.C.W. authorized the restriction and closure of roads;
IT IS HERE BY RESOLVED that the Upper Hoh Road, County Road Number
914207, M.P. 9.69 to M.P. 12.04 is closed to all traffic except adjacent property owners and official
vehicles of the Federal, State, and County Government commencing immediately and remaining
closed until such time as the road is repaired and reopened.
