NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jefferson County P.U.D. #1 has filed an
application with the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County,
Washington, for Extension of an Expiration Date for Franchise #65-84, authorized
under Title 56 RCW, including those common under Title 56 and 57 per 56.20.015,
consisting of installation and service connections upon, under, and along the rights
of way for certain county roads of Jefferson County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows:
Those county roads lying in Section 34, Township 26 North, Range 2 West,
W.M. in the Plats of Lazy C Ranch.
The Franchise Application is for a period of seventeen (17) years from the date
of the original Resolution and shall expire on the 15th of October 2026.
The Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, State of Washington,
has fixed Monday, May 13, 1996, at the hour of 11:25 a.m. o'clock in the Office of
the County Commissioners, Jefferson County Courthouse, Port Townsend,
Washington, as the time and place for the hearing on said application. Such hearing
may be adjourned from time to time by order of the Board. After such hearing the
Board will take such action with reference to the application as the Board shall deem
appropriate for the public interest.
